The Deltaport Third Berth Project Community Liaison Committee (DCLC) was formed to work with the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority (VFPA) during the construction and first year-operation of the Deltaport Third Berth Project (DP3) to identify community concerns, recommend potential solutions to address those concerns and assist in communicating information among the community, VFPA and other port stakeholders. Issues that pertain to the construction and first-year operation of DP3 are within the scope of the DCLC's mandate.
