New email addresses and website for VFPA

Now that we are the VFPA, please note that our emails have all changed to:

firstname.lastname@vfpa.ca

 DCLC email address is: liaison.committee@vfpa.com

 All xxx@portvancouver.com addresses are still being forwarded to the new addresses.

DCLC web page is still being hosted at old portvancouver site which can be accessed through www.vfpa.ca site by clicking on old VPA link.
